Recently Demonstrated Results

• Implemented a ground up technology base for IDA Technology, to include, but not limited to, internal security system, custom programming for external customers, database administration, new website creation, fiber build, big data preparation, as well as cloud technologies.
• Successfully and dynamically represented General Dynamics in Analysis of the Patriot Missile systems, and Future Combat Systems where I have taken on the role as Senior Program System analyst. Working with existing and potential clients resulting in higher levels of growth and revenues. I was directly responsible for the analysis of the Patriot Missile system with a focus in safety and cost effectiveness of mission. I was awarded with the first ever recognition of excellence to a contractor.
• Built ground up El Paso Day Surgery Center, with superb networking abilities, sales and marketing abilities, leadership, management and coordination skills, and the ability to work independently.
• Successfully turned around Paso del Norte Surgery Center that showed a continued loss over several years. I was able to increase collections from $750k monthly to over $1.5 million a month.
• With superior proposal and contract writing skills I was able to successfully negotiate insurance contracts as well as systems contracts, facility contracts, maintenance contracts and employee contracts in order to bring together El Paso Day Surgery Center.
